Ebro Color develops paper bags individually to measure – tailored to product, purpose and handling. Different designs are used depending on the application. Typical variants are flat bags without bottom gusset as well as paper bags with side and bottom gussets for greater volume and higher load capacity. The construction influences both filling as well as stability and handling in the packaging process. Additionally, various closure solutions are available – from adhesive strips with integrated tear tab for secure and convenient shipping to tuck-in variants without adhesive strips, depending on requirements and area of application.
Depending on product requirements, format, paper quality and processing are specifically combined. This allows load capacity, material usage and handling to be optimally coordinated – for both manual and automated shipping processes.
Flat bags are particularly suitable for flat contents such as brochures, documents or textiles and are especially material-saving, lightweight and space-saving in storage and shipping due to the absence of bottom and side gussets. Paper bags with side or bottom gussets offer additional volume and are used when multiple or larger products are to be packaged.
