Shipping Costs

We deliver to all countries selectable during the ordering process. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout – based on destination, shipping method, and product weight.

Free Samples

Our sample shipments are free of charge.

International Shipping

For deliveries outside Germany, customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply. These are not included in the displayed shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient.

Payment Methods

Credit Card

Payment via Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, PostePay or ServiRed. The charge will be made immediately after purchase.

PayPal

Pay easily and securely with your PayPal account. You will be redirected to the PayPal page right after clicking “Buy now”.

Invoice (business customers only)

Payment after receipt of goods, due within 30 days. We reserve the right to check creditworthiness and offer alternatives if necessary.

Prepayment / Bank Transfer

After clicking “Buy now”, you will receive all necessary payment details on the confirmation page and by email.
